COUNSELING BENEFITS
Members have direct 24-hour
access to professional EAP call center counselors. Every
counselor has a Masters Degree or Ph.D. Call center
counselors provide direct counseling when a Member calls and
also act as case managers when referrals are made to local
counselors, overseeing each case to its ultimate closure.
Members are provided unlimited telephone counseling with EAP
staff counselors. Members are
guaranteed access to local private practice counselors
anywhere in the US and Canada.
Over
25,000 private practice counselors are available nationwide
to assist employees with personal problems, including:

sessions per distinct problem. "Immediate family members"
